I have been introduced to Brian Lee - Immigration Consultant by SOS Canada for preparing my PR paperwork. I applied and just got a PR via the new PR pathway today (3 months since the they I applied). I’m so happy and feel satisfied with his service. Brian is the one who helped and accompanied with me in the whole process. He is such an amazing person, he directly handled my case since the beginning until everything is done. He always replies my email promptly even in the weekend or at night time (sometimes I was so busy at work and emailed him around 7 or 8pm). He is a meticulous person, he asked, helped and supported me to prepare everything before submitting the documents, double or triple check or even help me to explain to IRCC what I am still waiting for and update for me on time. Plus, Brian is a friendly, happy and useful person; he will answer everything single question, so don’t be shy to ask when you use the service. Thank you Brian so much for helping me, I really appreciate your efforts. I had an issue with the email that IRCC sent to me, I deleted the email by accident in my spam mail. Without his help and following up I didn’t know that I missed the email from IRCC. I first got to know Brian at the beginning of last year when I was having a hard time because of a permanent resident, and because of his kind advice, I left everything to him. My wife and I had used Topic Immigration (Brian Lee) as our agent for permanent resident application (spousal sponsorship) and we couldn’t be more happy with the PROFESSIONAL service provided to us (application was submitted Sept 2019, approved July 2020... and I really have to stress the word Professional !!!). I work a 13hour job on weekday so it’s difficult for me to arrange time with Brian during office hours but he’s kind enough to meet me on weekends occasionally to accommodate. Our application was complicated due to the fact my wife and I were married in other country where extra documentation/translation was required, and Brian has explained every step clearly to us and verified no documents were missing for submission. With Brian’s experience from other applications he also gave us suggestions to what level of details we should provide in application (e.g. details/history on how my wife and I met, pictures to prove the legitimacy of our marriage, etc). In addition my wife was pregnant right before medical checkup process which causes delay to application due to our choice of delaying X-ray, and again Brian provided us with detailed explanation on how to proceed. We also received timely status update from him whenever Canada immigration has an update for us throughout the process (e.g. application received, medical check pass, etc). Looking back there was no way I could have done this PR application ourselves without missing documents here and there in our submission, and would have ended up delaying the approval. This service is absolutely well worth and provided a peace mind for us especially during the pandemic situation. Once again, thank you Brian for your help.
